"Made the switch over from All State to State Farm, Tia was super helpful with navigating this for us and now I’m paying less with overall better coverage for my car! She’s also just a text away whenever I have any questions and super prompt with her responses, it’s nice knowing we have that support available when we need it :) great customer service goes a long way and that’s what they provide here"
